What you receive

Talking to Patients is a digital PDF ebook of approximately 107 pages. After a successful purchase you receive access to the file through the checkout and fulfilment system. There is no physical shipment.

Delivery problems

If your download does not arrive, arrives damaged, or you cannot open the file, email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and we will sort it out.

Refunds

A refund policy has not yet been published for this product. Statutory rights that apply where you live are unaffected, and Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, operates its own refund handling for purchases made through its checkout. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us and we will look at it.

This section is deliberately factual rather than promotional. When a specific refund window is agreed, it will be published here and enabled in the site configuration, and the guarantee will then appear on the product page.
